I have washed and dried my hair. My right shoulder has been hurting these past 2 days which is annoying af. Taken painkillers and prn.

I am doing okish. Managed a 40 minute nap but woke up short of breath with a fast heart rate.

Have got my breathing to settle for now but will see what happens as day goes on.

Yes the meds helped. It wasn't too bad in the shower as I put the water on the bit that hurt which seemed to relieve it. It was drying my hair that was the hardest :-( .

I am watching Tenable and someone I know is a contestant is on it. I don't know them terribly well though.

What is tenable? I have to say I have never heard of it!

I kind of want a shower but don't have the energy and need to be careful not to push myself. My Wednesday shower tired me out a lot and I had an attack a couole of hours later. Correlation is not causation but not in the mood to risk it today.

Tenable is a quiz show. I have only seen it a few times but its presented by Warwick Davies.

Fair enough what's it gimmick? I swear nearly all quiz shows have a gimmick!

The contestants are given a list on a particular subject. They have to name the top ten. Each participant has a go at tackling a list on their own. They have to name at least 5 before earning money. If they get 2 wrong answers then they are out of the game. Otherwise they are through to the final. Repeat 4 more times until the final. Then in the final all the contestants that are through have a go at a top ten list. They take it in turns to say an answer if it's wrong then they are eliminated. Then it goes on until either all the contestants are eliminated then they have lost. Or if they named all top ten then they win the money in the prize pot (won).

How did your acquaintance do on the show?

I had vegan pie, mash and mushy peas for dinner with gravy. It was delicious and I actually got to finish dinner today!

I managed another half an hour's sleep after my first post of the day. It was glorious. And then I got distracted pottering around the house doing breakfast and meds.

Breathing still feels ok, so currently cautiously optimistic.

Chemistry brother is travelling around Europe atm. Other brother lives in Thailand, but is coming back for a bit in October!

Family be like that sometimes. Also closer you live to someone the more often you say to yourself I will pop over at some point next week and before you know it months have passed. Rather than if you live far away and have to plan in advance.

Lovely and busy in here this morning.

I just did some slightly ill advised paperwork sorting. It needed doing the ill-advised part is it was a bit dusty and I am still in middle of this asthma flare. But I seemed to have escaped without the dust triggering me and am now forcing myself to sit down and watch you tube on my TV.
