Our trust has banned smoking too. At most of the hospitals anyway. They are planning to do it in all of them. It's really annoying because it will only add to levels of distress in patients which doesn't help anyone!!

I'm watching game of thrones again. Will probably go to bed after this episode!

And Beckie completely agree, even the nurses here are like what the actual **** as they have to deal with the kick offs. Plus more sneak smoking on the ward when most people would hang on until allowed outside but now think **** it so hide lighters, cigs etc and use them where possible so More damaging to none smokers' health *breaths*

Not been up to much. Just asda and calling a washing machine repair man who is coming out tomorrow morning to look at it. Anxiety provoking but hoping it's easily fixed as I barely have any clean clothes left!
