Twisted my ankle and fell out, heard a crack/pop and hurts a lot. So called 111 and they said got to the urgent treatment centre. So to the waiting room I go!

Fingers crossed it's just sprain. Am being driven there by partner now. The urgent treatment centre is a half an hour drive away. Not been there before but hopefully it's quicker than A&E.

Have managed books and a puzzle book and my earphones to listen to music.

Wait is meant to be 3 and a half to 4 hours. Which is better than the 8 plus hours I spent in A&E when I sprained my wrist back in September so I will take it.

Afternoon all. It's rough here really windy. I can't watch TV as the signal keeps on breaking up. Fingers crossed I don't lose the TV for another week!

Also my alexa has given snow for Thursday and Friday here. Fingers crossed it won't be too bad as it's ordinary bin day this week.

Still waiting been about 2 hours 15 minutes now. Waiting room is thinning out though so hoping I get called in in next hour or so.

Ankle still hurts this morning but I can put some weight on it which i couldn't do yesterday.

I'm ok. Rang the ward to get an email address and have emailed the ward manager and psych to warn them about my complaint, as advised by CPN. So that's all sorted.

I have a phonecall at 11:30 about a research study on FND I have volunteered to help with. And then am planning to have a shower. Luckily I have a shower seat because of FND so ankle shouldn't make showering any more complicated

Then went to sainsburys. Need to do a mini clean out for the boys and then find something to do until this evening.
