Update: I ate the most seeded satsuma, it was very messy.

I'm ok. Had tastey curry for dinner. It claimed to be Thai red which in real life would be too spicy for me, but not in hospital land.

Bit short of breath but otherwise alright. Might be I need to go back up on steroids (currently tapering off them), irritating that breathing waited to flair until the GP closes for the weekend as they know me best but will ring 111 for advice if it stays annoying.

Ooh curry! I miss curry can't eat it due to my food intolerance to peppers and chillies. Hospital curry being mild doesn't suprise me!

I tend to avoid curries because you never really know how spicy they are going to be even with the little chillies icons.

One person's one chilli mild curry can be rather spicy for someone else! Spice tolerance varies a lot.

Hopefully my lungs will chill the **** out. Time will tell.

What flavour of super noodles did you have, Jen? I don't really eat them much now because I think they have more flavour if you cook them in a pot but I can't be bothered doing that so just cook them in the microwave but they seem almost tasteless.
