Afternoon all. My paper bag has gone missing :angry: . I have Internet as there was no sign of any workmen. Doubt that I have a TV signal but haven't checked yet.

Found my paper bag and there is a ladder going to the roof plus a TV repairs van where the dish is so hopefully I will have tv later on.

It's only 10 mins on the train, which isn't long, but it just depends how the trains are running! They've been awful lately!

It was an open evening specific to this course that we had all already applied for. So no need to entice us with free stuff unfortunately!

I ALWAYS hassle psychs about s17. 9/10 times, they forget to do it. I never trust them to do it when they say they will. Hassle hassle hassle!

I got so cosy earlier I fell asleep and napped for a couple of hours!

I was already pretty set on doing the course, but i am now reassured that it isn't all 16 year olds, actually, the youngest there looked probably 19-20. That was my main worry. There was a guy there who was in his 60's!

It sort of helped. Still knackered. I am part way through a taper off the steroids at the moment, think the artificial manic energy I have been running off is reducing as I taper hence extra tiredness.

Good not to be surrounded by Gen Z!

L went and got me Costa while I had dinner on the ward :)

Shame about the lack of pens etc I hope you enjoy the course.

I got a milk frother/heater as a late Christmas present from my parents (we were meant to see them just after Christmas but I was too ill). It's so much fun and now I can make my own lattes (don't have a proper espresso machine but can make an almost shot with aeropress).

I don't know if it's a well done. I think from a taking care of myself perspective the nap was what I needed. So maybe a good thing

Fancy! I had a hot chocolate and tiffin. No such thing as too much chocolate...

I might get a sugar headache from eating both but I would enjoy the chocolatey goodness.

I just attempted to make hot chocolate in my milk frother it was a partial success adjustments may be required next time.
