Aww, you can't have no egg, that's sad. I bought myself one and then my brother sent me one. I'm trying to eat less snacks and eat healthier so that's not really good.

It is a kind of cake :D
Rumour has it that it is made the same Way as the troeffel, which is a very similar cake. Basically, a troeffel is a round cake made out of all sorts of old cakes that are just mashed together to form a new cake!!! Sounds disgusting but it's quite a marvellous invention. They are seriously tasty!!!! Sometimes a bit of rum essence is added for dramatic effect ;-)

I had a very tiny visitor some weeks ago and she devoured almost my entire stash of snoeffels in one day. I was both horrified and quite amazed!!!

Yes there was bread! But i realised i am out of butter so just plain bread which isn't AS good but still good!

It's mostly my normal routine but sometimes it doesn't go to plan.

Do you use actual butter? I use light olive spread which is supposed to be better for you. Plus it's spreadable unlike the butters that pretend to be spreadable.

Nah Beckie, for some reason no one thinks the danish people should be allowed to watch doctor who. And the various streaming platforms don't have the new shows. So i am still stuck with Peter Capaldi while everyone has moved on to Jodie Whittaker years ago. Not that Peter isn't great but it'd be nice to catch up with the new doctor and her shenanigans….

I'm... kinda anxious and dunno what to do with myself. Got a friend I haven't seen for years turning up some time today but I don't know when. So I need to shower and do some washing up and maybe go on the exercise bike for a bit to work out the anxiety or something.
