My partner and nephew are here ... i told my partner what i wanted to do they said that there going to hide the 18 rated films so i don't do that .

I dont have my anti psychotics tonight as my partner never made to the pharmacy on time because my mother keeps him behind with other jobs that needed done when he has already painted her kitchen for her .
So i dont know if am going to be ok tonight or not

Oliver why does the gay pride flag have 6 colours when a rainbow has 7?

good question I don't know! I'm going to go look it up now, you have got me thinking

it was originally 8, then they got rid of one colour making it 7 then another making it 6, each colour means something different. Wikipedia told me this all. I don't know why they settled on the 6 ersion one though, it just is the most popular and used one

tried to keep up this week... can't do individuals but... Oliver, one thing that helped me push up wise when I first started doing them (about a decade ago lol) was to put my feet on something about a foot off the floor. Now my back just kills me when I do floor push ups (even girlie ones) so I do pushups with my hands on a counter top :)
