Oh My Days , I'm never going to beat either cutting or Alcohol , and I can't afford to drink, I may have gone overdrawn tonight because I didn't want to cut but it'll only last for tonight , But the S.I. scars............make me feel awful , and can I stop ? **** no . I'm stuck with it for good:S

I finally got my new glasses today.... I don't really think I need them but the visual acuity I have with them is scary. I was sitting in a doctors surgery - not our normal one because they still don't have electricity from the cyclone - and was reading a notice written in 14-point font on the other side of the room (some 3 metres away and on an angle) as easily as if it was right in front of me! Freaky.

I go to see the psychiatrist tomorrow morning. I also have to provide a sputum specimen so my doctor can hopefully work out why I keep getting my coughs/chest infections and treat the main cause and put a stop to them once and for all. Meh.

Frankly am over it all right now.
