My two presents for my birthday arrived yesterday including one from Lorraine. That fitted through my letterbox and it wasn't sent recorded so I got it ok. The other was from my friend who sent me flowers and they left them on the doorstep. I didn't get back until late so fortunately everyone in my block is honest and they were there waiting for me.

I've been cleaning up cat diarrhoea fun fun. Then cleaned my house and me and the windows outside. And cooked pesto pasta with cheese and tomatoes for lunch.

Yes Lins it’s like an anchor thing under the skin quite deep then put the top part on- I wasn’t looking when they did it obv so am going strictly on here say.

Watching dog rescuers in between cigs and enjoying a heat pack on my back as pain relief as because it’s a Sunday as always I didn’t get my morning meds because they won’t come early for it so it’s meds or church. Back is worse than usual today though not sure why.

Just had a cupcake I bought as a reward for cleaning!

Because they are crap. They only started coming on time at all and cleaning the commode properly when social services got involved. Me and regular support workers call them the commode lot with an eye roll :p
