My mum bought some Manchester tarts before. They were delicious.

****ing fireworks going off. Fortunately my cats aren't scared of them but my late cat was. I hate fireworks so the bangs etc are making me jump.

What's a Manchester tart?

It's a pastry tart with coconut, raspberry jam and semi solid custard. Never had one until before.
