I have been up since 6am and it's not been a good start.

Yes I am on holiday tamobhuuta so we are off to see a pier. I dont know of any other plans other than going to Sainsbury's. I have slight blurred vision so forgive any typos.

I am being paid the dwp pip cost of living payment tomorrow so if anyone is on pip it might land in your bank account tomorrow. It's marked as dwp col in case people are wondering why they're suddenly £150 better off.

Had a nurse appointment this morning.
Blood pressure, bloods and weight.

Everything OK?

Blood pressure was high apparently.
Hopefully won't have to wait too long for bloods.
I think it's just routine meds related checks.
And also they couldn't check electrolytes last time because the lab messed up the samples.

I do have a massive headache though! Paracetamol didn't work!

Would other painkillers help? Ibuprofen?

The headache has gone! Still feeling a little dazed but I've just put some cauliflower cheese bakes in the oven which will hopefully help!

It was an echo, not ecg.
It was fine thanks! Always a bit awkward but the lady was nice.

I think I've been naked in front of health professionals so much over the years that I'm not too bothered about it anymore! Especially since giving birth. All dignity was lost after that! XD

Haven't really been up to much. Got invited for my seasonal covid jab so having that tomorrow. About to go to asda now.

I got grapes!

L gave me grapes yesterday, they were nommy. My visits were good thanks, and I saw the psych, which wasn't as fun. I've also had blood tests. It's been jam packed!

I love grapes!
I don't get them a lot though because they are expensive.

I had blood tests yesterday. I have double checked what the nurse took the blood for but only the full blood count result has come back? They were also meant to test for electrolytes and something else. Either they've messed it up again, the results are taking longer or the nurse submitted the wrong bloods. Idk.

I'm ok. I've got my dad, godmother and L visiting me so I will be busy.

Not really.
Just been to asda. Bumped into my neighbour both on the way there and on the way back! (She has arthritis so walks very slowly)
I have an amazon delivery coming too. Finally i will have my coffee!
Oh and also my 4th covid jab. The seasonal booster. Might pop into work after that seeing as it's next door!

How about you? Do they do groups in your hospital?

The only activity is colouring. I'm going to watch doctors.

I did tell them i wasn't feeling too great but i said I'd tested negative for covid twice so they said it's ok.
Popped into work afterwards for a coffee as it's just next door. Had a nice chat with some colleagues. I actually can't wait to go back on Monday!
