Afternoon everyone, how are your days going?

I am annoyed. I had planned to go to the city but I woke up too late as one of the places I wanted to go shuts at 3. Between bus times and the time it takes to walk there (my local city is like a donut) it would have been shut by the time I got there. I cant go tomorrow as one of the places shuts on a Tuesday plus I have tesco and my cpn.

That's annoying, Dawn. Will you be able to fit it in on another day this week?

No i doubt it. I might have an parcel coming on Wednesday via courier and I have my hearing voices group on Thursday. My hearing voices group finishes just before 3 and once again between buses means I won't have time to go before since the place i want to go to is only open between 12 and 3. My hearing voices group starts at just before 1 but it can take as long as twenty minutes to actually get in the building (you have to be buzzed in and the staff are very slow at doing so).

How frustrating.

I had a bath but my mum says I mustn't again because I've had a seizure.

Baths are not good for people with seizures because if you happen to have a seizure in the bath, you will drown.

I have a busy day today. Tesco, my cpn and my parents are visiting today. Thankfully not all at once. I think I am going to be peopled out!

I got through to someone who knew who was taking the group and said sorry they didn't call, they're really short staffed. They said they'd pass on that I was coming to the group. I didn't make it though. It's hard being outside and especially waiting on a bus. I was really anxious and had lots going on inside my head and scary things in this world and the other word so I had to come home. I'm a failure. I phoned the office to say I actually couldn't come. I hope the person who was taking the group doesn't phone me. I'm being battered from all sides and inside and outside.

I hope everything goes well for you Dawn and you can have some time away from people when everything is done.

How are you getting on?

Thankfully tesco came early in the hour so I have put everything away now. I got Lorraine's Christmas present too today. I know it's early but I was scared that by the time December came around they wouldn't have the ideal gift in stock. I got a bee themed coffee cup and a honeycomb shaped memo board. She likes bees and insects so I know that she will like it.

That sounds like a really nice gift. Good logic too, it doesn't matter if you bought it early that's one thing sorted. I hope it goes well with your CPN. I could never relax if I was waiting for my CPN!

I am nervous at the cmht but been as my cpn is coming to my home then I am ok.

She usually does. For ages I didnt have her visiting at home as she was without a car.

My cpn didn't come. They sent a stranger. I am not in the mood for strangers today especially as they didn't lmk.

No apparently my cpn is off. If they lmk beforehand I would have been less pissed off or if they sent somebody I know (I know 5 other cpns). I have the hearing voices group at the cmht on Thursday so I will mention it to the group leader to see if she can do something.

I managed to go to the walking group. It was just me and a support worker. There are only 2 other people who go but recently they haven't been coming. It's the same with the gym group. I'm worried they might be stopped.
