We went and had a look round my brother's house and then went out for a coffee and to look round a boutique furniture store. I bought Jasmine a unicorn bath bomb which is apparently twice the size and half the price of the lush ones!

I'm going to wait till lunch time. I think I'm not having enough breakfast but I have white chocolate coco pops for breakfast at the moment so really shouldn't have too much of them. Have you tried them? They remind me a bit of Ricicles.

Just had some delicious melon

Tasty. When I was allowed to cook I used to put peppers, onions and quorn in it Beckie, made it a bit more of a meal.

Oh no! Is there some kind of phone number for your energy company/general area electricity people? I know that is really not helpful at all!

There is a power cut
A cat caused it apparently by jumping onto a transformer or something. The cat died unfortunately :(
They estimate power will be back on between 7-8pm

Glad you know what caused the power cut.

Just an note for future reference your local electric company may post on twitter if there's power cuts in your area and what time you expect it to last. This may be a different company that supplies your electric. For example my local company is Scottish Power but I am with sse. If you have a Twitter account it may be worth following them.
