I guess it may be home maintenance day? The heaters are all installed now and the guys have left. I have an app to control them and everything! Just need to fill in a few holes and touch up paint where the old heaters were in different places to the new ones.

I try to go 5 or 6 times a week but I've been lacking in motivation lately so only went 3 times last week
So it varies!

3 times is still impressive! I haven't exercised in months.

I have been for my weekly walk around the park at the bottom of the road. Bit ouchy today so only managed once around the park.
