I never liked the crisis team anyway, they never helped and made me feel like they didn't care much.

Zowie, Emma's right...even if it just quietens her...it'll help...you are in control of her hun. Its YOUR body. YOU say what you do and dont do.
She's just a pest...and you can beat her.

Heya everyone,

I'm not going away tonight now :( my friend didn't come and get me even tho he said he was going to but in a way i'm glad but in another way i'm not if that makes sence, i wanted to go away just cause to get away from everything but now it don't look like i'm going anywhere, i don't feel good at all right now i want to cut :( and i've got very strong urges aswell, so i might just sit in the corner and cry for a little while untill i fall asleep.
