Blueberry Beckie is just as beautiful as ordinary Beckie.

I don't eat omelettes any more because they served them every lunch time in hospital. They also served baked potatoes but I've got over that aversion. I had a bell pepper stuffed with rice, sweetcorn, onion, and some cheese on top for my dinner today.

I'm currently making aubergine lasagne =D

But sometimes I curry them too.

The only thing I've ever cooked with an aubergine is one stuffed with lamb mince and stuff that I got from a Hello Fresh box.

Curry has to be meaty.

I always have a veg korma if I have a curry.
