I have discovered that the Demon Headmaster complete series is coming out on dvd! But only in Australia for some reason. I hate it when overseas gets decent dvds of British programmes but it either doesn't come out in the UK or we get a crappy release (Keeping up appearances is one example ).

I'm ok. Think the increased stomach meds have kicked in, as am in significantly less pain today. Saw a friend for a couple of hours, which was lovely, and now I'm cuddling the cat and messaging a couple of friends.. Getting him is the best decision I've made in a ling time. Even CC said she thinks he's the best thing that's ever happened to me.

I am not so good.

Hehe! How did he cope with the cone of shame? Is he all healed now?

He was very grumpy for a good few hours. I don’t think he’s all healed but he’s worked out how to lick despite the cone so there wasn’t much point keeping it on.

I'm currently lying with the cat and half studying about pain. It's interesting. I plan on going for a walk round the park at about 6pm, then I'm going to cook some dinner. Stir fry, I think.

Me too. Asda do frozen chicken strips, frozen sliced peppers, frozen diced onions etc that you can cook from frozen. I live on that and microwave stuff. Really could do with defrosting my freezer though.

I hope they find it, Lillie. It really is awful of them to give it to the wrong person. Do you think you would feel up to asking them to pay for a new one, should it not be retrievable?

I definitely will but even if they give me 50 quid or whatever I got it in the sale over a year ago and then it's finding one I like etc. Ruined a nice day that has. And I'm really sore from sitting in their chair :/

Black and white cats are cute. :) There was a black and whitd cat in Alec's litter, but she'd already been reserved and was the first to go! :)

I'm determined to reply to things on here, just feel tired even though I only got up at about 9.10am which is about an hour earlier than usual. I've got a bit of a cold so my throat is sore and my ears are blocked a little which is making my tinnitus worse.

I walked for half an hour, took some pictures and now I'm lying on the grass. It's a beautiful evening. :) it's nice to be out. I think I finally feel a bit normal. What a ride that was! :)

It was the 'pit run' today which is a tradition there apparently. Lots of stalls and beer tent and live music.
Jasmine was going to join the kids run but she fell over and didn't want to do it anymore which was a shame.
We had fun anyway!

I have a park near me, its not nice as you have to be careful of dogs jobbies and junkie needles but it does have a wee petting zoo and there is a pretty cool view of the city at the top of the park.

Parks are lovely. I'm 5 minutes from the park and 7 minutes from the sea. :) I feel really, really lucky to live where I do. :) *sends park to Beckie*
