we had school discos when I was at school

We do exams and then pass some of them, fail some of them... and move on. No big graduation malarky.

Scary stuff, eh? Children are not on my agenda!

I did GCSEs and A Levels, Buzy. Passed them all, but we don't really use the term "graduate" until you get to university. I've just started a degree and will hopefully graduate in about six years! How about you?

I like all sorts of music though Ducky. Mainly Northern Soul atm which mostly dates from the 1960s.

It's not as good as when I dream about cats. :P

Oh that's cool, Dawn! I've not heard much Northern Soul, but I do like the sound of some of the stuff I have heard. :) Do you listen to music a lot? I've always got it playing!

I also don't see children as part of my life. I am too selfish to put children first or even spend money on them. I have 6 first cousins once removed and my mum spends money on their birthdays. I can't see the point. She even spends money on her friends grandchild.

I use my ipod every day. I also have a record player. Even if I had to post on here for help using it because I had no clue.

Oh cool! I have spotify on my phone and plenty of data, so tend to use that when I'm out and about. In my flat I'll listen to music through my TV (I have an Amazon Fire Stick) or on my laptop, depending on which room I'm in!

I will text her later because I have her number but she did say that she's been feeling tired a lot lately and that's why she hasn't been online as much. Hopefully that's why she hasn't posted for a while.

Could you tell her that I'm thinking of her when you text her later? I hope it's tiredness - must be really difficult to engage in stuff like this thread when you're feeling so exhausted. I miss seeing her around. Hopefully we'll see her soon. :)

Yes certainly I will Ducky. I darent text her now because it might wake her up! One of my Facebook friends sent me a chain message at 3 am once and woke me up. I was most annoyed.

Yeah. She was a right pain and kept on posting tons of stupid quiz things. I mean I had to scroll past 20 of them at once to get to what my other friends were saying. In end I defriended her because she kept on posting Britain's First things. Despite me telling her multiple times that they were nothing but a racist neo Nazi group she continued to post them I told her that I didn't want racist people on my Facebook in the end.

That sounds fair, Dawn. About the racism thing. I removed a couple of people from Facebook for the same reason. Did you see that Facebook have removed Britain First and its leaders? :)

Yes I read it somewhere. I mean if it was once I wouldn't defriended her because I shared a Britain's First post once without knowing what they were until another friend pointed it out. But I only did it once. But when you're talking about over 10 times and saying 10 times what it really means to share Britain's First posts then enough is enough. She wasn't the only person i have done it too she was the most prolific.

Not really any snow here. There's snow in the air and it's so windy that it's coming down sideways but nothing's settling. It's just grim and grey and cold outside!

It's lovely and sunny here though it's supposed to snow later. It's windy though but then again I live in a windy spot. Thankfully it's not stopping me watch tv.

I can't watch freeview tv at all when it's windy or rainy either! Satellite seems to work most of the time.

Ahh, 13 degrees on the outside but I'm now hot chocolate temperature on the inside. :-)
