I’m going to Oban next month. It’s lovely there. Take a walk up to McCaigs Tower. Lovely! I haven’t been there in nearly 15 years.

I wouldn't have know either if my friend hadn't moved up there! :)

Oban is lovely, never walked up Mccains Tower, though. Nice views from there? I haven't been in a long time, I think I stopped there when i went to Fort William last year.

It’s a lovely view from there. I’d like to see fort William too, but I’m only going for two days.

If you go to Glencoe you can do a day trip to Fort William. I used to go camping in Glencoe when I was with my ex. The first time we went he forgot the tent poles and we had to stop at Fort William to buy a new tent. He was totally raging. :D

That must have been frustrating. I’ll go to Glencoe one day. We’re lucky to have so much on our doorstep.

Camping is fun! Not so much when you forget the tent poles. :P I'm off camping on July. :)

I have applied to all of 1 job. Ooops.

It wasn't much but much more manageable than doing over a week's worth in one go, which is what normally happens. =/

I just checked my email and my lecturer has been in touch. I went mad and accused her of stalking me, she's basically said she'll be happy to teach me again. I worried about this for months, now it's all sorted. I'm so happy I could get up and dance.

Camping is fun! I'm going to a Christian conference camp thing. Not really sure how to describe it! There's loads to do, but usually just go to the two main meetings and spend the rest of the time playing cards etc with my friends and laughing so hard that I cry. :)

I liked the waking up part of camping, when it's all quiet and nature's all around.

I didn't like being cold and having the mattress go flat and no proper toilets or water.

I don't get why people like it though. Why would I pay money to sleep outside on the floor in the freezing cold? I could go sleep in my dads garden and get much the same experience for free.

Camping in general just sounds horrendous lol.
