January is an especially annoying time for cleaning and tidying. My bin goes out tonight so I had to move tons of boxes and stuff that were piled up in my kitchen out to the bin.

I really hate social situations..... Haven't given an answer yet but I need to tomorrow... I feel bad if I say no because I don't have a reason not to go... I feel like I have to make an excuse or lie or something.

But I really REALLY want to see Star Wars.... =(

Is there anything that will make the situation easier? You don’t have to feel bad for saying no. I understand how stressful these situations can be.

I'm not sure.

I like the people who have invited me. I'm probably not as bad in social situations as I think I am... but everything about it makes me panic and worry and stress out.

And I don't have anyone to rant at to try and figure it out.

I think I kinda want to go... but that could just be because of the film rather than the situation.

Now I'm thinking that I can just wait until it comes out on DVD.

Or, you could pop along on a week day when it’s quiet and go yourself. I’m determined to do that this year. Just go to the cinema myself and suit myself.

Yeah I often think about going on my own. But the thought of going alone is just as stressful as going with people...

I plan to go on a weekday afternoon if I go by myself. Would that help? The cinema is always quiet then. And you can get a pick and mix!

I understand it being stressful though. Just go at your own pace, and if you can’t go yet then that’s ok.

I will feel bad whatever decision I make. If I say yes I'll spend the next two days worrying and stressing about it, and if I say no I'll spend the next two days (or more) beating myself up for being a failure at life.

I’m sitting in my newly tidied living room. I normally hide in my room, so this is a big step for me. Tomorrow while I’m waiting for the gas check I’ll work at my easel and do some painting, which is in my living room.
