I’VE FINALLY FINISHED MY CHRISTMAS SHOPPING!!!!! Bought the last thing just there. I’m having a well deserved toasted panini and diet irn bru in the coffee shop. I feel so relieved.

I am terrible I just don't even bother trying to wrap my gifts anymore. When Zed and I gave my mum her stocking she could mostly tell who gave her what as Zed's were all nicely wrapped and mine not so much :P

I feel like a huge weight has been lifted now that I’m done Christmas shopping.

I think I’ll relax and read my sewing books my sister got me for my birthday and eat some of the roses chocolates I have left over from yesterday tonight.

I can’t believe Christmas is Monday already! Normally I dread it and to be honest I do find it hard, especially without mum, but this year I’m slightly less stressed than normal. Still can’t wait until it’s over though. I sound like Scrooge!

I’ll be going to my dad’s house with my sister and uncle.

We're all going to my nanny's as the family house is still not quite built!
It'll be a squeeze as my nanny only has a 3 bed house and theres me plus 3 siblings (i don't think one of my brothers is coming) and mum and step dad and Jasmine.
Should be fun though!

I don't know if I could cope with a big family gathering! But I do get that it must be quite nice at times to have a strong family network. Hope you both (and everyone else) have some good times over the holidays. My brother is coming to mine on Sunday and leaving on Tuesday I think. He usually comes on the train but his partner is maybe going to bring him in his car this time and I'm dreading having to make small talk as I've only met him briefly before!

Every Christmas has to be a big family thing because I'm one of 5 kids plus we have Jasmine and my mum and step dad! There's no avoiding it! Lol!

What everyone getting for Christmas dinner?

My dad is cooking turkey, but for me a quorn fillet and we have roast potatoes, garlic mushrooms and sprouts with gravy. I’ll get a separate vegetarian gravy from them.

I always talk about food!

When I was veggie I always liked a nut roast at Christmas!

Oh yes, food talk, my favourite! I usually have turkey etc and my brother has quorn roast but he keeps saying he's going to look into having something different this year. I spent ages making him a nut roast from scratch one year and he didn't like it.

That’s a shame, but quorn roast is tasty. I’ve had that at Christmas a few times. Lovely with some gravy.
