Thanks! I definitely feel better for it on the whole. I'd like to get my base level of fitness up. My housemate is talking about us doing the Mont Blanc circuit for his 30th birthday - wouldn't be until 2019 but I'd definitely need to be fit for that so I'm thinking of it now as a good reason!

Aw that's a shame :( Are there workout videos or something you could do at home?

There are a few workout videos that I do but haven't had the motivation recently. Its just not the same!

I’m at my sister’s flat. We were in town Christmas shopping. I know it’s mad doing it already, but we want to avoid the crowds. I didn’t get much. I’ll need to go back. We went and had pizza and a beer in a pub for lunch.

I am having an early night as I have a psych appointment tomorrow morning. It's early so that means getting up at 8 am. I am terrible at getting up early despite a alarum clock. I might go Christmas card shopping tomorrow. I was due my depot today but it's being put back because my nurse said that it's been busy at the cmht today.

Keeping up appearances question on pointless now! I'm know loads of answers.

Ive got an appointment at the fracture clinic tomorrow. Its at 10:45 so I'll have to miss my first class at college but at least I won't have to get up at 6:30am like I normally do!

Not sure how it works!

There’s a bbc Channel called bbc Alba on freeview that is all Gaelic. Before freeview and digital channels it was usually on bbc 2 at certain times of the day. Not sure if bbc 2 still does that.

A lot of the bbc kiddies programmes are translated into Welsh. I have never seen Fireman Sam in English as it was always on s4c so I used to watch it in Welsh.

Shaun the sheep is on bbc alba it's called Seaonidh. I sometimes watch it on bbc alba despite not knowing a word of gaelic.

Morning all. I am up early because I have a psych appointment. I am probably up too early because it's not until 10.30 but I have to catch 2 buses to the hospital so I have to get the 9.32 bus. I have had a shower and a can of monster energy.

Unless you're my grandmother who has a tendency to call wheelchairs (hers included) prams-not very pc :P
