I think my name is old fashioned now. I'm not keen on it. Although my mum used to call me Lainey and I was called Lainey in an old job. My sister sometimes calls me it.

I ended up Katy because my parents couldn't agree on the spelling of Catherine/Kathryn. I quite like my name except I spend half my life trying to convince computer systems I exist because someone has misspelled it Katie.

It won't be long until bed time. I'm tired too. I was up early because I could hear noises from upstairs. At first I thought it was my boiler and was convinced I was going to blow up. Stupid imagination!

Life drawing is great. It's in an old pub in the function room which is also a ballroom, so you can have a drink while you're drawing. I'm always grateful of the models. They have amazing confidence to be able to do that. I couldn't.

There's an art form for everyone Hannah. When I taught it I would try make sure everyone did something they were pleased with, no matter how much they protested at not being artistic. I'm very stubborn!

I think my artistic talent is limited to very shoddy stick people and maybe the odd collage. Did do some okayish pictures replicating Marvel characters as a kid but I seem to have lost even that smigeon of talent. Love colouring books when I can find my pens though.

Maybe you just need practice with the marvel characters. Keep going with it. Colouring is good.

Katy! How are you? I'm pretty sure I've seen pics of some collages you've done - not sure if I'm thinking of the right person but if I am I was very impressed by them!

Yes that was me Lorraine! I love doing stuff like that. I made a monkey one for my boss as she loves monkeys. I need to get back to my keyrings!
