I've had a busy day. I've been to visit my dad. He was so good to me and gave me a new iPod since mine was broke. I've also just filled my application to teach art workshops.

Im not good with creepy crawly either.
My dad sent me a picture of his spiders skin that she had shed. It looked like an actual spider, not just a skin.
That creeped me out.
He lost it in his flat once so his social workers refused to visit him

Once there was animal therapy on a psych ward I was on and they had a really friendly but huuuuuuge boa constructor snake. I was due in a professionals meeting. A nurse popped her head round in the animal therapy room and told me my (very much least liked) person had arrived for the meeting and could I go through to her? Now I happened to know this person hated snakes. My evil took over :P I asked the guy who ran it if I could sort of borrow the snake for a minute to 'show' her :P and he said yes just for a min if he came with me and took it straight back. So I did. Oddly enough she did not appreciate a completely unexpected (in a hospital ffs) boa constructor snake in her face. One of the best moments of my life :wow:

On a different note I also love giraffes. I actually have a zoo programme saved to watch where a baby giraffe is seeing the outside for first time.

Once when a nurse (who i hated) from picu took me to visit a rehab. The OT at rehab sometimes brought in her snake. A nurse was telling us about the snake and casually said 'and there he is right there!' And pointed at where we were sitting.
The nurse jumped like 3 feet in the air. It was hilarious!!

Oh wow, I love snakes!! I wish I was there to see her reaction though lol!
