Hi Dawn,

Physically doing better than last week or so. Today I have taken my once a week tablet, done a crossword, made myself porridge for breakfast, had a short rest, showered, made myself lunch and watched a film (Edge of Tomorrow) and spent most of the day so far out of bed, rather than most of the day in bed like most of last week.

Mentally I am still struggling but atleastI am getting some stuff done.

Well done for doing all that. My tesco shopping order has been. A lot of it was drink (both alcoholic and non alcoholic) but a lot of it is for Christmas. Last tesco order of the year so I took advantage of the Christmas offers.

Partner picked up our Tesco click and collect order this afternoon. Getting delivery for drinks is a good idea must have been a heavy order!

I'm just getting to the point where I'm worrying about the darkness/evening/tiredness as usual.

The windows here are tinted so it's permanently evening/night, it would send you crazy.

Got falafels and some pork pies with cranberry. Generally having less treats as partner found out he was prediabetic so we have cut sweet stuff out.

Yes I got some decent deals about 12 quid off. Due to the Welsh government's minimum alcohol unit pricing they're not as good as England. However my Welsh whisky was reduced which is good.

Bargain! I've never heard of Welsh whisky?

Yes tamobhuuta there's Welsh gin too.

Welsh vodka?

Yes we have Welsh vodka and a Welsh cream liqueur. Plus Welsh tea.

Excellent. What flavours does Welsh tea have?

Just ordinary black tea like pg tips is Welsh tea.

Oh ok I thought it might have special flavours like earl grey.

Yeah, all day, the electricity bill must be huge.
How's your day been?

I have had only the Welsh whisky and cream liqueur and yes they taste different. Probably because of the water. The local lager tastes different to most lagers.

That would annoy me. What are you doing with your evening, Tamo? I was at The Works today, got some new fidget/sensory type things.

Insig what's your tree like? I always do very traditional wooden ornaments cottage vibe.

I've just come home for lunch, Monday and Tuesday are my LONG days so needed to get out of the building for a bit.

I don't have a set theme but I do have cat baubles on my tree. Just a random selection of baubles I have collected over the years. I don't have tinsel on my tree just around the base along with plushies.
