They were just here to disconnect the washing machine so the scrap guy can take it away on Sunday.
It broke before Christmas and I just haven't been able to afford to replace it. So inconvenient!

Oh that sounds like a pain! Its good to hear it won't be a problem for you for much longer. The price of getting rid of things is ridiculous though, I agree. We have a bed matress in our garden thats been there for a few months because we can't afford to get the council to come take it away.

Luckily the scrap guy takes stuff for free, but only metal stuff. I guess he can sell it or something?
The council prices are silly though! I've looked into them before for something else!

My mum said she's going to try and fix one of her collection of washing machines (she has 3 but only one works....) to give me.
She actually bought it for me, but hers broke and she had to use that one and then the pipe got all messed up because the washing machines are down at the stables and they froze during winter.

It's the same with the horses, she just kind of randomly acquires them!

Haha! He's not named after casualty Dylan! I actually named him after my first ever pet, Dylan the cat! We got him around the same time I was born apparently and he lived for a very long time!
