Not yet. I don't like to take painkillers unless i absolutely have to.

It was sunny in fact too hot to be out in direct sunlight so west the hammock up under the gazebo. But every now and then there was a nice refreshing breeze!

I am rather achy this morning. Had a bit of a rough night FND wise last night so only woke up 45 minutes ago.

I haven't been outside here yet but it does look quite grey. I do enjoy the snuggly feeling of a hoodie though so kind of hope its cooler here today too.

I'm wearing an oodie.

My flat has very thick concrete walls which means it takes a while to cool down after it has heated up. Great in winter as you need to have the heating on a bit less, not so great in summer when you are trying to cool the place down. Opening the window helps but only a bit.

I have a cup of my fancy Ethiopian Yirgacheffe coffee, which is delicious and helping me wake up.
