Morning all. I have had to divert a parcel which was coming today and put it back until tomorrow. It is an expensive and high demand product so will probably get nicked if it is left on my doorstep. Unfortunately I have an appointment with my cpn today at the cmht plus the hearing voices group today so I can't stay in and wait for said parcel.

That's a shame insig. I'm intrigued as to what it is!

My brother's new phone got sent to me for some reason and he asked me to post it to him because he's going on holiday on Saturday. He thought there was a 9am delivery thing but the quickest way to get it there would be before 1pm on Saturday. So he won't get it on time for his holiday. I just hope his flatmate can take it in in case it gets sent to a delivery office or something and it gets lost.

I am ok. I asked a member of staff what the outcome of my ward rounds was and she said she would talk to the psych and get back to me. So I'm waiting too :)

Usually they are very good! They must be really busy.

I hope you are all doing better than I am. I see my therapist today, but because I'm not 100% honest, I just go in circles. If I were to tell him I'm suicidal and hopeless, I'd be hospitalized again.



I don't know, this time of the year is rough and I can't think clear anymore. Luckily I don't have to attend celebrations because that was torture and I don't eat others food and I get the million questions:


"Why are you not eating" ... "You are too skinny" ... "Are you anorexic"


I don't call them fatazz, but I'm not doing well and I don't expect you folks to help me, but knowing I'm not alone does help.

Yeah i just kind of aimlessly walked around asda talking to the GP for a bit XD
It was fine. I wasn't talking about anything super personal! Just couldn't deal with staying in the house!

My pharmacy just called and said my prescription is ready. The doctors only sent it over a few hours ago!
So about to head out to pick it up

My parcel arrived this morning so I didnt have to wait all day for it. I have used the contents and it's ok.

I have done all my stuff! Also put meds in dossete box and shaved. And changed my toothbrush head.
And threw away some bedsheets that I don't use anymore.

Only 100 people could get on the lecture and none of them were me.

Rings of Power is a Lord of the Rings series on Amazon. I think it's good but there are dividing opinions between LotR fans.

I haven't watched the rings of power finale yet! I have enjoyed the series so far though.

Me and Jasmine had a lovely time!
We did some shopping, saw Lyle Lyle Crocodile in the cinema (very good, highly recommend!) Then went to McDonald's. Jasmine has just been picked up and I'm waiting for the bus to leave.
Bit nervous because it's the 74 and it goes a lot further than my town now. So even though i double checked with the driver, i am worried that I'm going to end up in H, and i have no idea where that actually is apart from a place with very little public transport XD

Well you at least know H has one bus you can get back home! Just make sure you get off when you recognise where you are.

I hope the bussing is going ok.
