I have a busy day today. Amazon, tesco, my cpn and my parents are all coming today. I hope that amazon and tesco don't come at the same time!

Is the amazon parcel something that can be dropped off quickly? They should just be able to chuck it at you and leave if your tesco delivery is at the same time

Yes it can be left for me as it's not age restricted items. But according to tracking it's not coming until after tesco has been which is a good thing.

I'm very lucky, I'm getting 3 family visits today because it's my birthday :) my mum brought me some lovely presents and Costa.

I know lots of people who were born in December. Makes it hard when you're on a limited income.

One of my brother's birthdays is Christmas day.

Does he get two lots of presents Beckie?

He tends to get the same amount of presents but does get bigger/more expensive presents.

I don't mind the money side so much because I have what I have, but my mum's birthday is on the 28th December and I struggle to think of two nice, worthwhile things.

I'm just popping in to say hello. Had a very busy day and need to go out again to collect the rest of my prescription that wasn't ready this morning because my psych changed it so they told me to come back at 4.30pm. It's really messed up my schedule. I was at the gym group today too. I'm not used to things taking up so much of my day and not being able to do things at scheduled times. I might not be able to get back on here today. Hope you're all ok.

At my usual hospital we got tested twice a week.
There is a lurgy going around though! I had it last week. Pretty much everyone i know has had it!
Hopefully it will pass quickly.

I watched Hocus Pocus 2, I don't know if I liked it I'm not good with opinions. It was watchable but not something that I'd say everyone has to watch.

I enjoyed hocus pocus 2. Not as much as the orginal obviously!

I'm ok. I'm pleased my nail lady has managed to fit me in only a week after my orginal appointment was meant to be. Which is a massive deal as she gets booked up months and months in advance. Stupid 'urgent' cardiology appointment messing up my plans :plain:

I tested negative for covid, it must just be a tummy bug. The doc is writing me up for something anti vomiting so I'm going to ask for that between eating and meds, when i felt sick yesterday, so hopefully I can keep everything down.

They finally got hold of swabs and I am negative :) but I was sick when I did the throat swab, ugh. One of the HCAs was really sweet and has given me a ginger tea and been very sympathetic.

I've had a different day because I watched a film and it's making me anxious etc that it wasn't a normal day. It's a bit pathetic.
