I've been to asda
Not really much else to do with very little money!
Caught up with rings of power and now watching she hulk.

Is TV keeping you occupied? I can imagine it's hard to find things to do when you don't have a lot of money. There are things you can do though. Did you get anything nice from Asda?

I had a terrible sleep, the last time I looked at my watch it was 4.50am and I didn't get to sleep till way past that time. So I slept in. I'm worried about missing the morning because I'm catching up on sleep. I spend so much time in bed not sleeping. Anyway, I'm waiting on an Asda delivery and a Pets At Home delivery.

What time are your deliveries?

I am feeling very physically unwell. But better than this morning and yesterday. Sat outside on my bench until it started raining which has helped. Am slowly tidying up my flat. I am ok as long as I take my time.

Also waiting for a delivery too but according to tracking it's coming between 4 pm and 6 pm.

I'm finally watching thor: love and thunder!

My Pets At Home delivery came and then straight after my Asda delivery came. Good timing.

Nope!
Will probably go and stay with my nanny for a bit in a couple of weeks. Not sure when though because i have a couple of appointments dotted around.

Learning Spanish is good though! I am ok. I think I'm going to have a shower but I've not decided yet. I need to stay distracted because stupid thoughts have crept in the past couple of days. We're talking really stupid lol.

I'm reading a good book, that keeps me distracted as long as I can concentrate. Also TV and audio books help. I like to pray regularly but sometimes my head makes some of that too hard.

Yep! Especially when you have nothing to do!

All the supermarkets are shutting (bar those in London) on Monday in case people didn't know. Tesco have said that online orders won't be fulfilled. The smaller convenience stores run by supermarkets and forecourt stations will be open from 5 pm to 10 pm. So if anyone needs any shopping done or needs to amend/place an shopping order then it's best done on the Sunday or Tuesday.

Also I dont know if it's the same across the country but pharmacies are shut here so if anyone has any meds to pick up then they're recommending that you do it on Friday.

It may be inconvenient but it's for a good reason. It's just one day, right?

Yeah and i probably wouldn't need to go to asda that day anyway. It just seems a bit ott and in my opinion, not a good reason to shut everything down. But that's in my opinion. I appreciate others will have differing views

I think what a lot of people are failing to realise is that this is one of the biggest events in the history of our country, whether they agree with the royal family or not. It's just one day. Treat it like an extra bank holiday if you wish and ignore all the extravagance, but it means an awful lot to a huge amount of people and closing the shops for a day to show a bit of respect is not exactly a big deal.

It's not a big deal to shut the shops for one day. But is also inconvenient having things shut, regardless of the reason.

I wasn't directing that at you or anyone here specifically, Beckie. Just the general whining masses. Just trying to make a point of what is more important - personal inconvenience or an act of respect.

Yeah i do. Eurostar is early Tuesday morning and I'm staying at my friend's in London for easier access to st pancras. No way of getting there that early from home on Tuesday morning.
