I'm having a debate with myself about whether or not I should wear a hat today. I never wear hats but it's so hot. I don't know if I suit hats, I have a light blue bucket hat with daisies on it. I've got the walking group today so will be out for a while.

Wear a hat! When it's this hot it doesn't matter if you suit them or not.

My cpn phoned. She apologised as she was dealing with someone in crisis. Anyway I am going to depot clinic tomorrow at the cmht so she said that if it's ok then we will deal with my review of my care and treatment plan then (the whole reason for her phoning) as she's doing clinic.

The item I received today is not as described. I have contacted the seller and if they don't reply within the next few days then I am gonna have to file a claim on ebay. They were selling the exact same item but in poorer condition at the same time so they have sent me the wrong item.

Easy mistake to make. Give them a chance to reply before you get all file-a-complainty.

I am giving them a few days to reply nonperson. It says on their feedback that they're not great at communicating hence why I feel like I have to file.

I am tired. Today is bad day for me. I lost one of my really good friends on this day 7 years ago. It probably seems a bit odd but not a day has passed since when i haven't thought of her…. I miss her every day.
I don't feel like our friendship died just because she did…. I am trying to keep it alive in this world and i hope she is in hers too, where ever she is.
I don't have a lot of words today.

I miss the chat feature. Been a members since I was about 16 years old. Am now 32 and at least 10 years free from self injury. I belief it is more like 13 years but I see how drastically our world has changed and miss connecting with those I once knew and hope they are still living, thriving, and doing well. Not sure who might be new but I wish you all the best and know that the best is yet to come. Hold on, as you heal life does get better and joy does arise!!

She came over to say hi and we had a chat and i gave her my staff discount.
So that was nice.
