I'm coping ok with the heat. But house is a cosy 26 degrees downstairs and I'm currently sitting on the backdoor step in the shade. Not for long though, lol.

Nope, just lounging around really. I'm a bit bored to be honest. And not tired. Yesterday I just napped and then went to the vets.

I showered with really cold water then jumped out and stood in front of a fan. Bliss.

It wasn't freezing cold. But not warm either!

We've just had a power cut AND mobile data went down.
That was a very boring and quiet 15ish minutes

I start with a warmish shower and then reduce the temperate to as cold as I can stand. Warm showers are all steamy and ick. Only acceptable in winter.

The sun's moved so now my house is warming up and I have no curtains or blinds in the kitchen so I'll combust if I go in there. >=|

There have been a couple of people die in lakes round here =/ Going swimming to cool off and getting in trouble in the water. I saw something about a fire on the news too. It's ****.

I think tesco havent given me my pimms. At least I cant find it. I cant look for too long though. I will have to phone tesco urgh.

Its so sad that people are literally losing their lives due to the heat. I shouldn't really complain about not being able to sleep when people are actually dying

It is sad that people are dying, especially when there have been so many warnings about open water swimming in this weather. I'm trying not to be annoyed by people's utter stupidity at ignoring the risks or thinking they know better. Either way it would have been an accident so it sucks.

This whole thing on a larger scale is so sad. They're predicting a hotter than usual August now as well.
