I haven't had much to do today. Just went to the chemist as usual and Tesco. Oh and I finally replied to a pen pal letter.

I am ok except for not coping well with this heat Lindsay. I am trying to clean my flat but keep on having to stop because I feel very physically unwell. My temperature is normal however (i measured it with a thermometer).

intense heat is one of the major triggers so i have to try and stay cool!

Thanks Beckie. I am feeling much better as I changed my tshirt for my cooler night dress. Nobody is gonna see me except my cat so it doesn't matter that I am in my night clothes.

It's been 27 degrees here Beckie. Temperature is currently 24 degrees. Fortunately I have finished the majority of my cleaning but my mum said not to bother doing the floors (she knows that I cant cope with hot weather) as she will do them tomorrow for me when she comes visiting.

I got up later than I wanted to so was panicky and upset for a while. Thought I wouldn't get all my housework done but it actually wasn't that bad. I hate that I've lost hours by being in bed though.

went straight to lloyds instead of boots because last time boots couldnt even order it in but lloyds had it. so i'm lucky really!
the psych said it should be on my repeat so gonna have to contact gp. he said if there's any issue with that then contact them.
