I went to Tesco, did a washing and hung it up outside, hoovered a tiny bit, and made some soup. Just my normal boring soup but I'm thinking of trying a recipe where the soup contains chorizo.

It's going to take me topping up even more money to go into this 'debt' that doesn't change no matter what i top up. And then sending more pictures to them to prove it.

I don't have any debt. The 'debt' is showing as £27.24 and hasn't budged a single penny no matter how much I top up.
So it is just stealing my money.

That's ****, Beckie. I'd get on the phone again to them if/when you have the energy. That's not on. Sometimes it's easier to get irate on the phone speaking to a real person than it is to use the online chat things.

Morning. Crying at someone can work. If there's no physical evidence how have you noticed it? Have you got receipts? Maybe next time you could take a video of you topping up on the meter to show them?

I don't know if I need to make an "emergency" trip to the vets today. Geordi's got a wound on his leg but they're not open today other than emergencies. I guess I just need to ring them. =(

NP, it's completely okay to overreact in the case of pets and children!!! Call the vet, if for nothing else they may be able to tell if it's urgent or it can wait a few days

I'm sorry about eon messing you about Beckie *huge hugs* surely they know what's happening remotely, wouldn't they have computer based evidence about how much you've been paying etc. I hope something can be sorted. I hope you can put it to the side for now and try not to think about it too much. I know that's hard though. What are you doing today?

It's so cold. Don't know what it's like outside but I'm cold in my house. My brother is out with a friend and they're having lots of sunshine.

I actually Think it's bloody favouritism that the world seems to be run by those who enjoy getting up early. According to Scientific studies, getting up late is the normal thing and Way better for your health. I call for a 'late risers revolution'!!!

But how do you define late?

Everyone should respect how much time others need to sleep/be in bed. That includes work so you just come in when you've had enough sleep.
