I was recommended a mentalh health/illness forum last week that is actually active :o but everytime I go there to try to start a conversdation or whatever I feel ver intimidated and end up coming back on here :laugh: not sure why

it really is, though a pitty (in a way) that's its not more active. Not that I want loads of people to be having mental health issues of course, but I do sometimes miss the way it was 10 or so years ago when you could bearly keep up with some threads

ok, I'm ok. Got a lot of zoom meetings today, also I accidently deleted my email account yesterday so trying to change my email with EVERYTHING at the moment :laugh:

I am currently in a food coma. Went for a Christmas meal and it was generous portions and so good.

Oooh lovely!

Except I had a muscle spasm during my meal and knocked my drink over. But everything else was so good.

I'm glad you enjoyed your meal Dawn. I think the gym group are going for our Christmas lunch tomorrow instead of the gym but nothing fancy, just a a cafe or something. I don't think we've even decided yet. The support worker is going to phone us early to make plans so I'll need to set my sunrise alarm clock.

Hello all. I have had a mixed day so far. Am expecting amazon to come estimate said 4.30 to 7.30 pm. Was going to use my slow cooker for lasagne today found I had no sauce. So I went to the post office today to post Lorraine's present. Long queue. Eventually got served and its OK there. Went to the co op for pesto and lasagne sauce. Got home made the lasagne put it in the slow cooker. Sat down to receive text from the chemist saying prescription is ready for collection. Now if they had sent this morning I could have collected it as the chemist is opposite the post office. I have decided that I am not going out again today. Knowing my luck the amazon order will come when my parents are here.

That's happened to me before.
Literally just got home and get a text from the pharmacy!

I have plucked up the courage to open the letters. One was the dwp telling me about a change in money coming in and the other was a letter regarding my coronavirus booster jab on Monday. The only other thing I had was a Christmas card but that didn't have my full name on so I knew I was safe.

Yep. I have just received my amazon order. It was the same person who delivered yesterday so at least she knew where to find my address.
