i've semi tidied the living room, got the slow cooker slow cooking, and been binging on Orange Is The New Black - never watched it beofe but everyone else seems to have watched it so I started it yesterday and it's a relitively good distraction

I like walks but I've just been running on the spot in front of the TV most days.

I am hoping to go for my weekly walk around the park at the bottom of the road tomorrow.

I might go for a walk too. Can't decide if I want to or not... but could combine it with a food shop. Hmm...

They have confiscated all my drinks because i have low sodium. Not happy!

my point was meant to be that sodium is an electrolyte, and those rehydration packs are full of electrolytes and are literally designed to rebalance peoples

Lucozade is full of sugar and crap though. Better to stick with the dioralyte, or you can literally just make your own "sport's drink" with squash and a pinch of salt (such a small amount so you don't taste it at all).

What is it that the bloods pick up for clozapine? Is it interacting with anything else new that you're taking at the moment? =/

I am 99% sure that Clozapine can result in low sodium (also akathisia which could be what they are referring to by the mixed state thing). So in a way it may just be your body still adapting to the meds rather than it just being awkward for awkwardness sake

Clozapine affects your white cell count so mine is now really low. Was so close to finishing Clozapine titration! It was meant to finish on Friday!

Oh boo, those little guys are quite important to have in abundance, especially at the moment. =/
