I have never tried a fillet o fish!

Filet o fish are very nice!!

I have a frijj strawberry milkshake.

I haven't been to macdonalds for years. I am not a big fan tbh. I remember taking my late nana there when I was younger and she was shocked that there was no cutlery!

Even though I do like the monopoly thing they do!

I love burgers though. Nearly had one on Sunday but went for mussels and chips. They were proper chips I can't stand frozen chips. They are tasteless.

It's not the same! Cos if you said 'I might as well go on a killing spree' then MORE people would die as you were adding to the killing l.
Where if you stopped eating meat, they will still kill the same amount of animals for meat products. They're not gonna be like 'oh, one more person is vegetarian, let's kill one less cow!'

Okay fine then it's like not recycling and doing your bit for the planet! Like, one person doesn't make a difference but lots of one persons does so you still need to do your bit! Not that I'm saying everyone should be veggie (considering I'm not even one!) but the argument that it doesn't make any difference is a cop out :P

So the companies would stop killing them if x number of people were vegetarians?

If they stopped killing animals then there would be no cats (they can't become vegetarian unlike dogs), no leather goods and many of our farm animals would become extinct. A big radical change would have to occur in the food industry not only the obvious meat products but things which contain meat deteratives such as gelatine.

But yeah, meat is used for a lot of stuff!

And yeah - less people eating meat = more waste at current meat production rates = less profit = reduction of animals bred and killed in order to maximise profit. I don't think I said that everyone should be veggie and we shouldn't have cats (I eat meat!!) just that I feel bad about my personal responsibility for the deaths of unnecessary animals (as humans can be very healthy vegetarians!) and that saying it doesn't make a difference isn't the best argument!

No you didn't say that everyone should be veggie I was pointing out that it was unfeasible for everyone to become one. I do think that people should eat the best quality meat that they can afford however. Cheap meat and mass commercialisation means that often the animal suffers whilst alive. If people are going to eat meat then the animal should have the best life possible whilst alive.

My hands have been getting really warm lately. Apparently it happens that you get better circulation when you quit smoking so that's probably why!

I live in a one bedroom flat that I think would be too small for a cat. If I ever move somewhere bigger then I'd love to get one.
