He's funny though. He tried jumping on me first but knew from my tone of voice that putting one soggy foot on my leg was not acceptable at all, so he left, thundered up and down the stairs for a bit, wailed at me from the top... and now it's all gone suspiciously quiet.

Better check what that kitty is up to!

Actually, there was nothing nice and veggie on the menu so Mum is very kindly making me an omelette :) and I am having a chocolate mousse!

What are you up to Cacoethes?

Just got back from my mum's.
We had a lovely lunch and a birthday cake.
And my brother gave me a lift so I didn't have to get the bus in this rain!
Even though we did do an accidental 180° spin in the car on a roundabout and ended up facing the wrong way on the roundabout! He wasn't even going fast! It was a bit scary!

Eek, that is scary! I've done that before, not even in the rain, think there was something oily or slippery on the road so it was quite a shock.

I was just like 'did that just happen?!'
Luckily the car was fine.
The car is a classic BMW thats older than me so bad in basically any kind of weather. And rear wheel drive

It happens so quickly, doesn't it.

I was about to ask if it was rear wheel drive, they're such a bugger in bad weather.

It wasn't at the time, haha. It was totally my own fault, I knew I shouldn't have driven where I did but risked it anyway... and then had to call a colleague to come pull me out. Very embarrassing. =)

My mum got stuck in the snow once on the A1 and called her friend with a snow plow to come and get her home!

Ooh that's a handy friend to have!

My mum literally knows someone for everything!
He was a farmer so a good friend for lots of things!

Morning! What's the weather like tamo? It's super windy and rainy here so I'd wear a bunch of sweaters.

At the moment it's dry and sunny and not too hot but wil it last...

Maybe a light-ish jacket with a hoodie in case it rains?
