Glad you have tea and understanding staff. Hope you feel better my lovely.

Aubergine 20-03-2017 05:42 PM

Thank you. :)

How's your book?

Cacoethes 20-03-2017 05:43 PM

That's great that you have nice staff. It makes the world of difference! And tea is awesome!

Clozapine clinic nurses emailed my cc saying they were concerned and I literally have no clue why!!!
So I'm seeing my cc tomorrow now! :plain:
At least I'll be able to clear it up with my cc tomorrow! Its just weird! Lolz!

Aubergine 20-03-2017 05:49 PM

I hope it goes OK with your cc, bEckington. It's good they're keeping an eye on you.

Sketchy 20-03-2017 05:52 PM

Hello everyone.

I'm having a cup of tea.

Cacoethes 20-03-2017 05:54 PM

Thanks aubergine! :)

Hey Lorraine! I am also having tea!! Tea all round it seems! !

Sketchy 20-03-2017 05:57 PM

You can't beat a cup of tea!

Cacoethes 20-03-2017 06:04 PM

Indeed!!
Especially when it's cold. I'm really cold despite having the heating on!

Sketchy 20-03-2017 06:06 PM

It is cold today. I decided it was too cold and windy for a walk. What you up to?
I need to go to the shops. I forgot something yesterday.

Aubergine 20-03-2017 06:14 PM

Hey Lorraine. Nice to see you. :)

I've been looking at the weather out of the window. It's brightened up out there now.

Sketchy 20-03-2017 06:16 PM

Hey aubergine. *waves*

Cacoethes 20-03-2017 06:25 PM

Always annoying when you forget something at the shops!
I'm going to an exercise class at 7pm. It's group cycle at the gym.

It has brightened up now!

Aubergine 20-03-2017 06:26 PM

*waves back * :)

I'm sleepy. Too late on in the day for another nap though.

Sketchy 20-03-2017 06:27 PM

Yeh it's brightening up here too.

That's good you are going to another class. You are doing really well in trying new groups, because I know how nerve wracking it can be.

Aubergine 20-03-2017 06:28 PM

Group cycle sounds fun. Spin kills me.

chinahorse 20-03-2017 06:30 PM

Spin sounds like tortue from what I've heard of it.

Aubergine 20-03-2017 06:39 PM

It pretty much is torture. I've tried a few classes and I felt like I was dying every time.

Sketchy 20-03-2017 06:41 PM

I need to get my bike fixed so I can go back out on it. Kind of lost my confidence though and motivation. Maybe I'll stick with going for walks for just now.

Cacoethes 20-03-2017 06:48 PM

Thanks Lorraine :)

It's for 45 mins so I'm probably gonna die tbh! :p

Sketchy 20-03-2017 06:51 PM

It might be fun though. I need to get more exercise. I'm eating healthier, but I don't think it's enough. Worried my medication is making it hard to lose weight too. But I'm determined to try, even if it's just to make me feel healthier.

Cacoethes 20-03-2017 06:55 PM

Medication can be a big factor with weight.
I know one of my meds in particular are notorious for weight gain. It's still possible to lose though!

Aubergine 20-03-2017 06:56 PM

That's a great attitude, Lorraine. Being healthy is the most important thing.

I love cycling to places. My dad had to fix my bike though because it broke just as I was about to cycle home. I only got to the end of his road and the inner tube got shredded and somehow wrapped itself around the rear brake!

Sketchy 20-03-2017 06:57 PM

It's so frustrating. I'm on risperidone. I know I need to keep taking it though.

It's much lighter later now, which is good. I think the clocks go forward soon.

Aubergine 20-03-2017 07:00 PM

It is frustrating. I struggle with my weight too. *hug*

I like the lighter evenings.

Sketchy 20-03-2017 07:00 PM

Have you got your bike fixed? Nearly two years ago I was really into my cycling. I wish I could get that energy again. It didn't last long.

Cacoethes 20-03-2017 07:00 PM

That's annoying aubergine! Is it fixed now?

It is frustrating but it is possible! Just probably a bit harder for us than it is for people with no meds.

I'm surprised at how light it is now!

Aubergine 20-03-2017 07:02 PM

Dad fixed it. He's a good egg.

Perhaps you could start off small, Lorraine? Walking is good too though.

Sketchy 20-03-2017 07:04 PM

I should now it's getting lighter. Starting small sounds a good plan.

I'm glad it's getting lighter. I really should go to the shops.

Cacoethes 20-03-2017 07:06 PM

That's good aubergine! Parents are great for things like that!

Walking is good exercise Lorraine!

Aubergine 20-03-2017 07:08 PM

What are you going to buy? It might be good to get out for a bit.

Sketchy 20-03-2017 07:09 PM

That's true. There are plenty of nice places to walk to here. I used to go for walks with my friend. I'll need to start that again.

Sketchy 20-03-2017 07:10 PM

I need to buy face wipes and more fruit. I have apples, but I want to have other kinds of fruit.

Aubergine 20-03-2017 07:26 PM

Fruit is good. I have a fondness for grapes and pink lady apples! Expensive treat though!

chinahorse 20-03-2017 07:52 PM

Pink lady are so nice but super expensive yes. Bananas are just as good though.

Aubergine 20-03-2017 07:56 PM

Bananas are good! I enjoy banana chopped up and put on weetabix.

Sketchy 20-03-2017 08:01 PM

I love pink lady apples. The yellow ones I bought yesterday were a bit disappointing.
I've been to the shop, bought some cleaning stuff, my wipes and forgot to buy fruit. :( It's an excuse for me to get out tomorrow then. There's a big fruit and veg shop a walk away that I can go to.

Aubergine 20-03-2017 08:11 PM

Thats a shame about the yellow apples. Well done on going to the shop. Fruit buying is an excellent excuse to go out tomorrow. :)

Moonlight Princess 20-03-2017 08:11 PM

The fruits we've got at home at the moment are too exotic whereas I really want a banana right now!

Aubergine 20-03-2017 08:13 PM

I'm intrigued! What exotic fruits do you have at home, Kiran?

Sketchy 20-03-2017 08:13 PM

Bananas are good. I think I'll buy more grapes tomorrow, since I've been snacking on them too.

Aubergine 20-03-2017 08:16 PM

Grapes make excellent snacks. I like frozen grapes too.

Sketchy 20-03-2017 08:17 PM

I've never tried frozen grapes, but my friend was suggesting it. Maybe I'll have to try it.

Aubergine 20-03-2017 08:21 PM

I really like keeping some, especially in the summer. Something a bit different to an ice lolly.

Sketchy 20-03-2017 08:23 PM

That's a good idea. At the moment I like the red grapes the best.

Not a fruit, but I also bought hummus. I love hummus.

Aubergine 20-03-2017 08:27 PM

Red are my favourite too. We seem to be fruit friends!

I like houmous too. I like it with carrot sticks. What are you going to have it with?

Sketchy 20-03-2017 08:29 PM

I have crackers, the long jacobs flatbread ones.

Moonlight Princess 20-03-2017 08:30 PM

Hummus is awesome!

Hummus has become a staple of our picnics. I also recommend dipping Pringles in hummus!

My fruits probably aren't that exotic but they are kiwi and mango. Sometimes you just want some strawberries though you know? #firstworldproblems

Sketchy 20-03-2017 08:31 PM

Ooh I like mango, but they are such a pain to chop up.

I've had hummus with pringles before. Yummy.

Aubergine 20-03-2017 08:35 PM

I know the crackers. Sounds delicious. :)

Pringle dipped in sounds amazing!

Oh I could just eat a strawberry.

Sketchy 20-03-2017 08:37 PM

I like strawberries. Yum.
