Circuit classes are quite intense. I did one a few years ago and never went back either.

I bet the swim afterwards was really nice though. Are there any other classes you might try?

Not at all. I need to go rescue some laundry off the line soon before it crisps up but I'm not sure I can survive being outside for that long. =/

Yeah I've heard that spinning is good because you can control the level of resistance you use on the bike.

Have you seen those portable fan things that go around your neck NP? Maybe you should get some of them.

I can't be bothered with the heat at all.

I'm not sure how I am. Mondays are quiet days for me mostly anyway unless I have an appointment because I have no planned housework on Mondays.

Had to modify a lot of the activities because I physically could not do some things

Don't stay for so long that it's really bad for you. Just get some tasty food and drink and escape quickly!

It doesn't matter that you modified some of the exercises, as long as you were moving and doing something it would have been good for you.

I agree, just stay as long as you feel comfortable.

I have some quite thin t-shirts that have designs on them I really like but Crookshanks has put claw holes in them. I just wear another t-shirt underneath if I'm going out.

We are officially on holiday. The drive down was fine but we had to have air conditioning on full blast. When we stopped for refreshments I had a salted caramel latte.VERY yummy.
