It was saying 29 degrees here. But that is too much. My parents are supposed to be visiting on Sunday but mum hates the heat... and I don't really fancy going out with them anywhere to be honest!

I was going to go swimming but I was far too tired when I woke up so went back to bed.
Got an appointment with an employment person at the cmht at 2pm. Another 30 min walk up there. Ugh.

Luckily there was a bus when I was finished
They only come every hour
