Erm, comic book heros and aliens and stuff! Plus it has lots of comedy, a talking tree and good soundtrack.

Had a bit of a crisis day yesterday but thankfully even though the staff who came out looked pretty damn hard there are no psych beds in the entire country so I get to stay home (still struggling massively but I'm at least struggling in home envornment with my dog, the permission to nip outside for a smoke etc etc. The people who came out yesterday said I'll be havimg extra support today and tomorrow until my friend (Belltraix) arrives so if that actually comes true it will be a godsend. bit concerned that they want me to knock myself out with diazepam in the mean time but I see where they are coming from-better I'm knocked out than doing something stupid.

I have been for my weekly walk around the park at the bottom of the road. It helped with my head. Saw my next door neighbour with her dog in the park.

I just got a phone call inviting me to a job interview. I've literally been applying for jobs for months and nothing and now I'm in hospital I get an interview!! Gah!!
