I'm okay, thanks. My boyfriend went out to see some friends and his dad. I was supposed to go with him but didn't really have the spoons. So now I'm just sitting here. Supposed to be looking for jobs but it really stresses me out.

What about it is stressful? Maybe we can help you think up ways to make it easier for you?

Well, it's the fact that we're basically skint(and it's my fault, I had a breakdown and lost control of my money, before I knew it I didn't have any left) so i really feel the pressure of finding a job pretty soon. And also it's the fact that I haven't had a job in years, even though I have tried, and it just didn't go well. I had an interview with 'Bucks ages ago that went alright, but at the end, I was told that they were looking for somebody who was available more hours so I'm just afraid I won't be able to find anything.

Sorry for writing such a massive rant...

So it sounds like despite the anxiety you can get interview with very reputable companies. Which is a massive positive. Could you narrow search results to part tine jobs so that reduces the anxiety about hours?

Thanks Lillie. I'm looking for part time and temp work. I have a lot of event experience so I'm hoping that'll help. But I'm no good at writing personal statements/covering letter and stuff. Plus I need to change some things in my cv and that's giving me more anxiety.

Can you try looking up some examples of them online?

Yeah, that's what I'm trying to push myself to do now. I looked yesterday and it felt overwhelming. I'm going to have dinner and try to tackle it...My partner can't work at all, and I feel so guilty for not having any money, so I have to do something. (I actually thought about making a thread about this but didn't want to bother everyone unnecessarily.)
