Pasta portions are hard

The recommended serving of pasta is like... nothing.

It is SO hard to judge the right amount!

I weigh it out rather than guessing.

Thats probably the best way to do it!

I can just about do normal penne servings. But spaghetti is beyond me!

What's the clock like Dawn?

It's a Forever Friends clock. I have one exactly like it except the clock mechanism decided not to work. However it is about 25 years old. It was cheaper to buy a second hand clock rather than a new clock mechanism! Here is another listing for the same clock.
