Had toast and mackerel pate cos not really eaten much today so was hungry!

My sleep pattern is a bit off and I find falling asleep to the TV good for getting my brain to shut up long enough to nod off.

I like toast and mackerel but not pate, hope you enjoyed though :) Surprised other people are still up! My dog poked her head out of the covers looked at me like 'are you getting food? no? I'm going back to sleep, sod you' :P

I'm in bed now. It's definitely warmer in bed than it is sat on it. Managed to move myself again before I turned into an ice cube.

I’m on a bus on my way into Windsor to meet friends. Can’t believe how much longer it takes on a bus versus a car!

Buses do take forever!
Must be frustrating after being used to a car!

Boo to buses. I'm so grateful that I live where I do. Everywhere I need to go is walkable, pretty much. The city is an hour's bus ride away, but I don't like going there anyway!

I'm still in bed. I think I gave my friend my cold, so she is unable to meet me for lunch today. I'm sorry she's poorly, but to be honest I'm quite glad to have a restful morning. Got another friend coming round for coffee at about 3:30pm, so that'll be nice. :)

I was referred to cardio but they found nothing.
So who knows!

I see the topic is hair. I badly need a haircut and to get my eyebrows waxed, I haven't been for months. I'll get round to it but everything seems to take so much effort.

I'm having the day off. I've just finished cleaning my kitchen and bathroom so now I'm drinking beer, listening to German music and thinking about what to make for dinner.

Eyebrow waxing sounds painful! I've never even plucked mine, but they're really fine and fair, and they grow where they're supposed to, so I can get away with it.

I think bushy eyebrows are fashionable at the moment, aren't they? My sister does something with soap that I don't quite understand!


Shower was lovely. I did manage to pull the pull string off of my light switch in the bathroom though, so am going to have to see if Dad will come round after work and fix it, as the ceilings are really high and I don't have any ladders. :plain:
