Been for a patch test for my eyebrow tint on Thursday
Got to see crisis team at some point. Can't remember what time. But they'll call me beforehand.
Then asda and pharmacy.

Just my clozapine blood test. I'm lucky that my dad drives me.

I wish I could have someone drive me places! Lol
Luckily most places around here are either walking distance or fairly easy to get the bus to.

I used to walk into town for Mass but for a while I haven't been able. Now that I'm feeling better, that's one of my goals. It's only a twenty minute walk.

That's a good goal to have

I'm sat waiting for a GP phone appointment... why they can't givwe a time I don't know because the result is that I have been sat staring at the phone since 8am as I'm scared that if I move i'll miss the call...

Anyone up to anything more interesting than phone staring?

yesterday i cooked a crossent for over 4 hours and could have started a fire
and today i wated for a call on the wronf date...


also it's 11 days into the year and I have already missed 3 medical appointments :laugh:


I think I need either a new brain or someone to sort out my schedual and like poke me when I should be doing something

Crisis team should be here in about 10 minutes.

Well, they said I'm being handed back to the cmht but I guess it depends on what my cpn says on Thursday.

Yeah they started seeing me on Saturday last week!

Them discharging you doesn't mean your worries are correct, just that they're incompetent.

We'll see what my cpn has to say on Thursday.
She'll probably consult with psych too, as he's the one that called them in the first place

just had a text to inform me a missed ANOTHER meeting this morning... least it was only a voluntary thing, but still this is getting silly

I googled and eyebrows should take about 25 minutes and nails AT LEAST an hour....so it'll be tight!

erm... I have apparently missed 2 calls from the DWP in the last hour... they are going to call again in the morning... erm... not sure what they want...

I'd rather cancel the cpn/crisis appointment because they suck and I don't want to see them.

cancelling the CPN/crisis could have long term fall out though as they may make assumptions

Yeah. I tried to cancel it. They wouldn't let me. Lol
I'll just ask nail lady how long it's going to take and I'll text cpn that I'm going to be late....
That probably won't work...
I'll email nail lady to see if she can do any earlier
