Have you tried speaking to the citizens advice bureau. I think they help with benefit forms? Not sure on that though.

ye, i've had an email conversation with CAB this morning. I am posting the form to them with some notes, then they will phone me and we will do the form over the phone. Not great as I struggle with phones, but only option

does mean i need to phone the benefit types tomorrow and ask for an extention though which i'm not looking forward to... hopefully though they will understand that the lack of face to face appointments makes things take longer

I've been up for a while
Had a blood test, had a fancy coffee from the OT group, had vitals done and meds.
I want to get dressed and put washing on but there is a meeting in the room my stuff is in

Nice. L has one of those but they're too strong for me.

It was quite strong but still better than instant coffee!

I had an instant coffee when I got up, now I've had 2 teas as well. My dad made a pot.

i don't really drink much coffee, but when I do I'm really picky with it. To be honest my being picky with it may be part of why I don't drink it much

i'm more a herbal tea type

When we were little we used to carve pumpkins at Halloween but I can't remember what we did with the insides.

my mum used to bin the insides of pumpkins :ermm:


as soon as i moved out i started cllecting the insides to make soup. Unfortunately the boyfriend is allergic to pumpkin so not had a halloween pumpkin or pumpkin soup for a few years now
