It's pouring down!
|
And I thought an umbrella was spoiling him!
Although... that might not be such a bad idea. Could line a litter tray with one and then he won't be tempted to use it all the time and might only use it for rainy day emergencies? |
Are you out in it, Beckie?!
|
That could be worth a try NP.
I thought you just asked Beckie if she was out of it! There has been no rain here so far. |
Hehe, well hallucinating really heavy rain could be better.
It seems to have stopped here for now. We're due loads more though. |
It's still raining here
|
Haha! :p
It's stopped now! Wasn't out in it luckily but off to slimming world in a bit so hope it doesn't start again! |
Hi everyone.
It rained when I got home, thankfully. It's stopped again now. |
Hi Katie!
It started to pour down just after I left the house! Not too bad to walk in though because it's quite warm and fresh! Had a good loss this week at slimming world :) |
So sorry you got stuck in the rain, Beckie. But glad it wasn't too bad to walk in.
Well done. :) |
Well done Cacoethes
|
Thanks both! :)
It was absolutely torrential walking back! And some idiot splashed me with his car so I was soaked from head to toe! |
I hope you get dried off soon. That's horrible when cars do that.
|
I have changed into lovely dry PJs!
I think they did it on purpose because every other car managed to miss me! |
Definitely a PJ situation!
|
Definitely!
You up to much this evening? |
I'm watching 999 what's your emergency?
Then an earlyish night I think maybe. |
That's a good programme
Not seen it in ages though Think I'll be having an earlyish night too |
I hope that you get a good sleep.
|
Thanks
You too :) |
Thanks Beckie.
|
Finally watched the last episode of Game of Thrones... :crying: <-- my actual face, no lie.
|
My face was more

Morning Buttons! Hope your busy day goes well.
|
I hope all goes well, Buttons. What's the course?
|
Morning!
|
Morning all.
I had a dream that Buttons was shopping in my town and bought a load of stuff that was from the local bakery firm. Now on their packaging it says barms so Buttons went and showed it to Beckie. Beckie got a marker pen and wrote rolls on the packaging. Now the local bakery has a cornish pasty only they call it an short crust pasty because if EU rules about cornish pasties. Buttons loved her pasty as well as me only Beckie didn't. Beckie threw her pasty at Buttons because she dared to buy barm cakes. They were arguing down the street over said cornish pasty. To stop them arguing I dragged them into a yours clothing shop. There was nothing suitable so we went into Evans clothing store. I selected 3 garments from the store and went into the changing room to try them on. For some strange reason every changing cubicle had a shower in it and a toilet. I set off the shower accidentally so it soaked some of the clothes. An assistant came and asked if I was ok. I explained that because of the shower I soaked some of the clothes. The assistant was discussing what to do with said clothes because i just wanted to get out of there. Then i woke up |
In other news I am off to the vet today. My old lady isn't well :-(
|
Thats a very odd dream Dawn!
|

Am back from the vet. They don't know what is wrong with my cat but blood tests were taken from her so see what that brings.
|
My godmother is ok :)
Sorry about your cat insig. |
Had very very bad morning with alcohol team who are supposed to 'support me' in my sobriety, but instead of focussing on the fact that I've been over a month sober, got out about more, taking my meds correctly, starting my BSL qualification course and getting a nurses' letter to say I can do disabled friendly gym work and swimming in local centre, she focussed on every negative she could possibly find and also dropped a massive bombshell I can't even talk about. So after an hour's sulk I rang them back calmly and said they have my permission to pass on my mobile number to a healthcare person and that then I want to be deleted from their system as I don't trust them as far as I can throw them (put it more politely than that) and I will no longer be in contact or attending.
PLUS side first tutorial went GREAT tutor said I was way above what she'd expected (having Deaf friends has helped obv as I've picked up stuff from them) and she said it's a shame I have to do level one as she thinks I could be level 2 which gave me a massive confidence boost and it's encouraging that the first level of the course a lot of it I will already know, so getting back into education learning some new signs but not to pressured. *end of life story* Tamo so glad your godmother is okay :) Hope your cat gets on the mend soon Dawn. |
