Helen I Could go to bed a little earlier , I may but I'm not supposed to take my meds until 10pm so the level will remain constant in my blood stream, (Lithium) and seeing as I've got to have bloods taken next week I better make sure I take them at the right time I'm supposed, next week to wait up until 11.30pm to take them as my bloods are at 11.30am the following morning , I simply am struggling to get up so that was as reaistic a time as I could manage ....
