I am ok thanks. Have tesco coming this afternoon see what changes they have made when they email me. Awake early because I had to phone the vet as my cat isn't well :-( .

Thanks everyone. I had a text and email to say that tesco are running late due to a van breakdown. No idea of time when it should arrive. Good job I have nowhere to be today.

My health check was really late because the lady wasn't told i was there.
I went to both reception in the drs building and in the old cmht building (where reception sent me) but no one thought to tell the nurse. A* communication from the cmht once again :eyeroll:
They actually had to call her when i asked them about it, she had already left!

My tesco order arrived. It was within the original time slot so I don't know why they said they were late when they weren't. Just gotta put all the stuff away now (have put fridge and freezer stuff away). I have a caterpillar birthday cake.

They probably planned for the worst dawn. Especially if people are going to get silly over orders being late (because people do) and not being told it's a possibility.

I've changed bedsheets, put washing away and done dosette box and taken bins and recycling out.
That's it for today
Already showered, been to my appointment and aldi.

I hate putting meds in boxes, it doesn't take long, but i still put it off! XD

Luckily i only have to put one days worth of meds away each day but a lot of the time when i take them out of the bottle or blister thingy i drop them and they go under the freezer. I might need to start sorting them out in a different room but i’ll probably still drop them.

I've had pills go under the fridge many times!
Not for a while though!

It takes me half an hour to do the week. My spasming doesn't help but I managed not to throw any on the floor today. I feel you osc!

I don't have the meds problem because I am on a depot and therefore don't take meds every day. The only tablets I take are prn ones which stay in the box until needed.

Even when i was on the depot i still had to take lots of meds. Annoying.
Wish they could all be rolled into one injection

I take so many meds! But then I am physically spicy as well as mentally spicy!

2 of my mentally spicy meds are also for physically spicy things, so that reduces the numbers a bit! However, i have others for both mental and physical spiciness XD

Mine are a mix of mental and physical spice too.

im okay, I've been at work (and worked all weekend) so thinking a nap tonight may be the way forward. I work 1 in 4 weekends and get a day off the week before and a day off the week after - but not 2 in a row to replace the weekend
